Your messages
Heylise runs on your computer and loads each chat service's official web app. Your messages, contacts and logins stay on your computer and go directly between you and those services. We don't collect, store or read them.
AI features
The assistant and translation only send the text you choose to the AI provider you set up in Settings, and only when you use those features.
Purchases
When you buy, our checkout partner collects your name, email and payment details to process the order and send your license key. We receive your name, email and order details so we can give support and handle refunds. We never see your full card number.
